In order to use the DNS Management function, from within the billing/support portal at my.iwfhosting.net you must change the nameservers to our DNS management nameservers. They are as follows: iwfhosting.mercury.orderbox-dns.com iwfhosting.venus.orderbox-dns.com iwfhosting.earth.orderbox-dns.com iwfhosting.mars.orderbox-dns.com
Should you require special DNS records, please open a support ticket referencing the required DNS entries, and a support representative will enter them for you.
