Dear valued client,
This notice is to inform you of service affecting network maintenance upcoming in our Las Vegas, NV location. If you are receiving this notice, it is because we will be moving the hardware associated with your service into newly provisioned rackspace within the same facility. The maintenance window is scheduled for 7/23/2024 from 12-5PM local time but we do not expect downtime to exceed 20 minute per server. Please note that there will be two outages, one ~20 minute outage while your server is moved, and one ~5 minute outage while the network is cutover.
Despite no major observable issues currently, this work is considered "emergency maintenance" due to existing equipment reaching capacity thresholds so the decision was made to proceed as soon as possible. The new space features upgraded networking, 10Gbps connectivity, and room to grow.
You may power down your equipment prior to this maintenance or we will be carefully and CLEANLY shutting down all servers prior to the work, and ensuring it is all powered back up and online before conclusion.
