We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel our services. If there anything we can do to help keep you as a customer, please do not hestiate to contact us via our helpdesk in order
To submit a cancellation request, please follow the steps below:
1: Go to http://billing.iwebfusion.net 
2: Login to your account
3: Click on "my products and services" under "client area"
4: Click the button to the right of the product you wish to cancel, to open the options page
5: Click on "Cancellation request" and fill out the form
