Please note that WebPros (cPanel, Plesk, and WHMCS) have announced a price increase, effective January 1st, 2025. Beginning with your January invoice, iWebFusion will be automatically updating your license cost. This change may cause slight adjustments to your current rate. New accounts purchased after January 1st will be under the new pricing model. We do not take pleasure in this announcement as these increases are set by WebPros and outside of our control.
IMPORTANT: WebPros has also implemented a surcharge for any servers that are running an EOL (end of life) operating system, such as CentOS 6 and 7, or CloudLinux 6 and 7. Since July 1st, we have taken on the cost with no increase to customer pricing and operated at a slight loss. This surcharge is further increasing January 1st. After much thought, we have decided to disable cPanel and Plesk licenses that have this surcharge on January 1st, 2025. It will NOT affect website or email/database services (only access to cPanel and WHM), but we will use it as an opportunity to encourage all clients to upgrade to a more modern, secure OS. We have released several previous announcements about "end of life" status of CentOS and CloudLinux 6 and 7 and have decided it is time to take this leap. You can then contact us if you have ANY questions, or if you would like to have the license reinstated with the nominal additional surcharge for EOL status of your OS if you do not wish to upgrade it to a modern version. **All customers with full management running an EOL (end of life) OS are welcome to open a ticket if you'd like us to "Elevate" any CentOS 7 or Cloudlinux 7 servers to Almalinux 8 or Cloudlinux 8 IN PLACE with a small scheduled downtime.
iWebFusion recommends taking the time to review your servers and remove accounts that are unneeded and no longer in use.
